Glendale Hills and City Center Development are carrying out the construction of a modern complex in Yerevan’s 33d district, located in the area between Hanrapetutyan alley, Chaikovsky, Tigran Mets, and Khanjyan streets. The 54000 sq complex will consist of apartment buildings, both ground and underground level shopping areas, social service facilities, commercial offices, hotels, entertainment and leisure centers, as well as gardens and green areas. The first two buildings of the project will be put into operation on December 2012. Floors 3 to 13 are residential, while the 1st,and 2nd floors, as well as three underground level stores, are for trade and social facilities. The 4th underground level is reserved as parking area. The first building occupies 3.4 % of the complex’s total area (1815 sq). The 13 story building has 205 apartments (from 35.9 sq to 113.4 sq) and 35 ground level service facilities (from 18.6 sq to 142.4 sq). The 1st and the 2nd blocks, together, have 74 underground commercial units and 240 underground parking spaces. Upon completion, the commercial units are put into operation with ready interiors; customers may choose from a variety of cosmetic interior options. Sales process of the apartments is over, while sales of shopping and commercial centers are in process.
